Established since 2011, Jubilee Court was designed by our community experts in health & social care to “empower our vulnerable” with our first ever multi-generational living project.
Our mission is to support our aged, vulnerable and isolated to live independently, with dignity and purpose and with the knowledge that there are people who care about their future and the way in which they live.

Our purpose built, modern facility enjoys 29 self-contained flats.
Each of our comfortable living suites includes your own personal bedroom, living room with open plan kitchen and fully accessible bathroom.
