If you wish to rent accommodation at Jubilee Court, you will need to complete an application for consideration to confirm your eligibility. This includes:

• Application form for tenancy

• A recent healthcare needs assessment & medical history

Applications are reviewed in a fair and impartial manner where each applicant is assessed based on their individual circumstances and needs.

Decisions are made based on applicants meeting the criteria for independent living to ensure that our members of the Ismaili Muslim community who are most in need receive priority.
